Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not entertain any returns of the product until:

  • the product is damaged
  • the product in not in the right condition
  • received the wrong product In all the above cases, an unboxing video will be required, within 4 days of receiving the product.
  • A return pickup will be initiated thereof, and a new piece will be shipped within 15-20 working days of recieving the product back at our unit as per the registered address.

We do not accept any exchanges of the products or offer refunds under any circumstances.
